Shipping and Exchange Policy

Shipping time for IN STOCK items is usually within 2-5 business days and up to 10 calendar days for international orders. Shipping is FREE for U.S. Domestic and U.S. Territories. For international orders shipping will be calculated and you will be sent a separate invoice via email to complete prior to the order being shipped. Pre-order item shipping time will be advised via email after purchase if confirmed. A tracking number will be provided via email once item(s) is shipped out. If expedited shipping is applicable, shipping time will be less than 5 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy
Store Credit will be issued in most cases of refund requests. The only time a refund will be issued is if the item is discontinued and an exchange is not applicable.

Before returning and/or exchanging your items:
 The customer must contact House of Belleton within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise to advise of any store credit or exchange request.
 Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
 Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
 Merchandise must have all tags, including any House of Belleton hangtags, attached.
 Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or on SALE in general cannot be returned at any time.
 All accessories, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Items not returned in this condition will NOT be accepted and will simply be resent to the customer with shipping charges applied using the original form of payment. Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for the initial shipment of your order or the return postage in the case of any exchange. If you have received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping and handling your purchase will be assessed if any items are returned for a refund or exchange.
All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.
If the return is caused by manufacture defect or in the case that a customer has received incorrect item(s), we will be fully responsible for the mistake and an exchange ONLY process will ensue. If the item is not in stock, then a store credit will be issued for future purchases. Please contact Customer Service to request a return USPS label to be sent to you via email.
If the return is not caused by manufacture defect or receiving incorrect item(s), original shipping is not refundable and an exchange, or store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return and based on shipping date. If coupon or discount applied on the original order, the amount will be taken off from the store credit accordingly.
For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.
The package must be returned with the original packaging. Any item(s) that are returned w/o original package will be refused; all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused. Please do not use shoe box as primary shipping package as we cannot accept a return in this manner.

When sending the items back:
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging. Please make sure all the criteria above is met before shipping back the items.
Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason for exchange/return with your return. Please make sure that the notification is legible.
Please list the reason for the return/exchange on the back of your invoice.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
